The Spring Separator is engineered to automatically detangle springs of various sizes with precision and speed. Using an electrically driven vibratory plate, the system separates entangled spring clusters by leveraging the natural difference in mass between single springs and entangled groups. As a result, springs are gently but effectively sorted and discharged one by one through the exit chute — ready for immediate further use.
