The system supports dual reels with a load capacity of up to 2000 kg each and adjustable strap speeds, ensuring compatibility with a variety of production setups.

Its advanced tension control, end-of-strap detection, and pneumatically controlled dancer regulation guarantee smooth and uninterrupted operations. These capabilities are further enhanced by a flexible rotation mechanism, capable of both clockwise and counterclockwise motion, adding operational versatility.

We are expecting our decoiler will greatly increase productivity, especially in electro-mechanical manufacturing, when decoiling metal material for stamping and similar processes.
